หมาจัดงานเลี้ยงขึ้น จึงเชิญหมูหลายตัวไปกินเลี้ยงด้วย พอได้เวลาทานอาหาร พวกหมูเหล่านั้นก็กินอาหารกันอย่างมูมมาม

“พวกเจ้า ข้าว่าค่อยๆ กินก็ได้” หมาร้องเตือนอย่างเป็นห่วง

“ไม่ต้องเป็นห่วงพวกข้า พวกข้าจะกินกันให้เต็มที่ไปเลย”

เวลาผ่านไปไม่นาน หมูแต่ละตัวก็กินจนพุงกาง แต่พวกมันก็ยังสวาปามกันต่อไปไม่หยุด ในที่สุดท้องก็แตกตายกันทุกตัว

A dog held a feast and invited many pigs to dine with him. When it was time to eat, the pigs ate the food ravenously.

“You all, I think you could eat more slowly,” the dog warned with concern.

“Don’t worry about us. We will eat to our heart’s content!”

Before long, each pig had eaten until their bellies were swollen, but they still continued to devour the food without stopping. In the end, their stomachs burst and they all died.
